Reminders to Punch

We sometimes have people that forget to perform their punches. Anything that could be done to remind members to punch would be great. Here are some "triggers" that might cause something to pop up a reminder:

• Time-based: a pop-up occurs after every user-settable amount of "x" minutes of inactivity to ask the member if they would like to punch-in to a new task;
• Agenda-based: a pop-up occurs just before scheduled events, such as meetings asking if they'd like to punch in to an activity; and
• Phone-based: for billable calls it would be cool to have a separate XPunch phone app that simply records the start time, duration, and call details (phone number or name) of all calls. Users could then enter this app and swipe on any calls that are billable / punchable and these get added automatically to the member's XPunch account.
