Forgot Sign in Procedure

Scenario: I've forgotten what sign in method I use for XPunch. Or, when I sign in to XPunch, it's acting like I'm brand-new, asking me to create a group or to join a group.

Confusion:  Chances are you're attempting to sign in to XPunch with the wrong account.  For example, you may perhaps normally sign in using the "native" XPunch sign-in route using [e-mail] and now you're trying to sign in using the Google sign in.  These are two completely different accounts despite the fact that they're both the same Google email.

Solution:  Ask your XPunch group manager to "jog" your memory for you about how you sign in to XPunch.  They are able to send you a hint about how you sign in.  The steps for your XPunch group manager appear in the video below.
