Disconnecting a Member from a Group

Scenario: I have a member that should no longer be able to access our group; however, I'd like to retain the member's data.

Response: your solution here is to "disconnect" the member from your group.

Explanation: disconnecting a member from your group will prevent them from accessing it. They will no longer be able to view anything in the group. They will no longer be able to perform punches. Their data will remain with the group. You can always re-invite a member back into the group at a later date and they will resume where they left off at.

Step 1 - Go to the Configuration section
		Once you're logged on to XPunch, click on the menu icon.
		Click on the settings cog from the menu bar

Step 2 - Select the "Members" card

Step 3 - Disconnect the member
		Click on a member. You'll see an overflow menu icon that looks like three vertical dots. Click on that.
		Choose the "Disconnect" overflow menu option.
		Confirm your choice.
