Scenario: our administrators or managers actually don't need to record their punches, or otherwise record their hours. Do they still require a licence? Really, all they do is log on to XPunch to add new workers or run reports. I don't like the idea of having to pay for a license that is infrequently used.
Response: well, there are a few things to say about this.
XPunch actually comes with three free licenses that are designed for this very scenario.
What is more, the licenses that are not free are extremely inexpensive. No one on the market offers a product with our feature set and licenses at this price point.
Lastly, administrators and managers that don't require access to the "Punches" page do not require a license of any sort (free or paid). Users without a license are still able to access other areas of the product, such as the Reports, Billing, and Configuration areas. This means that they can add new members to the group and run reports without a license.
