How to Re-Connect a Member That Left Your Group

Scenario:  for some reason, a worker decides to choose the "Leave" group option. They are effectively disconnected from the group; however, their data remains with the group. The member that left the group now wishes back into the group.

Response:  the member will need to contact an administrator or manager with the "can edit members" permission set.

In turn, the manager can follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Configuration > Members
2. Select the member
3. Click on the overflow menu icon (the three vertical dots)
4. Choose Invite and complete the remainder of the dialogue

The worker is then free to re-join the group. If they forget the procedure, they can visit What to Do If You Have Been Invited to a Group

Using this method will restore the member to the group and they will once again be able to view the group and all of their information in it.
