Scenario: you would like to switch or add administrators to your XPunch group.
Power User Tip: we recommend assigning a second person of confidence "admin" status in your group. Groups run into trouble when there is only one admin and that person leaves the company or suddenly becomes unavailable for a long period of time. In such scenarios, the second administrator is able to ensure smooth continuation of activities.

We actually recommend having at least two administrators in your XPunch group in case one should leave the company and then the other one can take over.
Hi everyone, my name is Jamie Bridge and today I'm going to show you how to add an administrator to your group.
Administrators are able to promote other administrators. So, as an administrator, I'll give this example.
Navigate to Configuration > Members and select the person that you would like to promote to administrator status.
Here we'll promote Sam Blade.
We click on him, and choose "Edit" here or "Edit" here. And, we click on the toggle switch that says that this member is an administrator.
And there we have it, Sam Blade now has administrator privileges in this XPunch group.
