Scenario: I email myself a report and XPunch says that it sent it, but I don't receive my report.
Response: XPunch is probably sending the report. You can perform a self diagnosis to see if XPunch is the problem or not.
Send the report to a different address, to one that is not in the same domain as you. For example, if your email is marilyn@mycompany.com, don't send it to someone like jack@mycompany.com. Instead, try marilyn@gmail.com... etc.
If you receive the email at this other completely different address, then the issue isn't with XPunch but rather something else: routing of the email to your Junk folder or your server's handling of inbound email settings.
