Scenario: my supervisor sent me an invitation to join XPunch; however, I haven't received it.
Response: supervisors tend to opt to send invitation codes to workers via email. If your email service intercepts the invitation as spam, it may move it to your spam folder or you may not even receive it altogether.
Solution: if this is your case, you can request that your XPunch supervisor provide it to you manually; for example, in person, over the phone, or via their own email. Click here to learn how this can be done.
Power User Tip: some supervisors' knee-jerk reaction when the invitation doesn't arrive through email is to delete the member in XPunch and try again. There's no need to do this. There a "Cancel invitation" feature on the member that can be used. The supervisor can then re-invite the member.
