Delete a Group

Scenario: you want to delete an entire group.

Consequential action:  it's probably no surprise to learn that deleting a group has far-reaching consequences. You will be deleting the group and all of the data associated with the group. The only thing that you will not be deleting are the XPunch accounts for the users that joined the group as members.

Step 1 - Click on the Menu & Choose "Groups"
		Once you're logged on to XPunch, click on the menu icon.
		Click on the "Groups" icon.

Step 2 - If It's Not Already Done, SELECT Your Group as the "Current Group"

• Most people only have one group. If, however, you're a large organization with several groups, you'll want to set the group as your "current group" by hitting the SELECT button. Afterward, return back to the "Groups" view.

Step 3 - OPEN the Group Card

Step 4 - Click on Delete

• Click on the icon that looks like three dots.
• Then, click on the "Delete" overflow menu option.

That's It! Your're Done! Enter your group's name and click DELETE

• Due to the finality of this action, you must confirm this operation by entering your group's name exactly as it is registered on XPunch in the Name field.
