How to View Members' Current Punch Status

Question:  I'd like to see who is currently punched in and what task they're punched in to. How do I do this?

Answer:  choose a punch view that shows all members.

Step 1 - Go to the Punches view
		Once you're logged on to XPunch, click on the menu icon.
		Click on the Punches hourglass from the menu bar.

Step 2 - Choose either the "Punch card" or the "GANTT" view

• Choose your view from the drop-down menu located in the upper right-hand corner.
• You will then be able to see all of your members in one view.

Tip 1 - See Who Is Currently Punched In

• A square-shaped icon beside a punch indicates that the member is currently punched-in.

Tip 2 - Filter Only the Members You Want to View

• Click on the "Member filter" icon to select which members you'd like to see in this view.
