Scenario: a member went to use XPunch and saw a message that read "Group is currently locked" followed by one of these messages:
- "Your group is currently locked. Please contact your group's administrator;" or
- "Your group has been locked. This may be due to an unresolved billing issue. Please consult the XPunch "Billing" section to resolve these issues and restore full access to the group."
Answer: this error usually means that information in the Billing section requires updating.
If you received the first error, above, you're probably not an XPunch group administrator and you'll want to contact one of the people in your organization that has administrator privileges.
If you are a group administrator, sign in to XPunch and visit the Billing section to update your payment method. If your update your payment information after your subscription has lapsed, you'll need to contact XPunch Customer Service after you update your payment information so that they can manually reactivate your subscription.
