By any chance are you getting a blank page when you go to XPunch? If yes:
- Try clearing the cache (the cache, not the cookies) on your browser to remedy the problem. An article that shows how to do this for all devices can be found at https://www.pcmag.com/how-to/how-to-clear-your-cache-on-any-browser
- In the meantime, to use XPunch, you should be able to use the product while in Incognito Mode (also known as InPrivate mode, and Private window).
