How to Assign a Subscription Seat to a Pre-Existing Member

Scenario:  I've got a member with no seat and I'd like to change that by assigning a subscription seat to them so that they can start clocking their hours in my group.

Step 1 - Go to the Configuration section
		Once you're logged on to XPunch, click on the menu icon.
		Click on the settings cog from the menu bar

Step 2 - Select the "Members" card

Step 3 - Edit the member
		Click on a member. You'll see an edit icon at the top of the dialogue that looks like a pencil. Click on that.

You're Done! Apply a new subscription to the member and click UPDATE!

• Choose a subscription from the drop-down subscription picker.
• XPunch allows for three free seats in a group via the XPunch Complimentary Plan subscription. If you need more seats, you'll want to add a payment source and then purchase a subscription that specifies how many seats you require. You can purchase subscriptions via the "Billing" section in the product.
