Interpreting Log-In Error Messages

Some of our users might encounter the following error messages while attempting to log on to XPunch:

Message	—	Possible Cause and Remedy
Couldn't find your Google Account		Cause: a member is attempting to authenticate using a corporate account, such as their work account. At the moment, Google does not offer federated login services for all types of corporate accounts. Remedy: log in to XPunch using your personal Google account.
That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one.		Cause: a member is attempting to authenticate using a corporate account, such as their work account. At the moment, Microsoft does not offer federated login services for all types of corporate accounts. Remedy: log in to XPunch using your personal Microsoft account.
